Facebook grows mainly in Asia and North America

Facebook continues to grow and, having broken through the threshold of 175 million users worldwide, with an average of 5 million new subscribers per week, the question that many are facing is: where do these people come from?

There are geographical areas that are growing faster than others, contributing to the popularity of social networks: especially the last week, 2 million people from Belgium, Sweden and Denmark are members of Facebook.

During the same period a million people from Egypt and Malaysia and as many as 10 million users in Turkey have created a new profile. The same is done for the U.S. industry , where Facebook continues to grow at an impressive rate.
